Clearing a hoarded house can be particularly challenging, as part of our house clearances we often undertake this type of clearance, sometimes the property requires complete clearance, such as in the case of a bereavement or an occupant going into care and sometimes it is to facilitate the occupant to have a safe environment to live in. We methodically work through the property and are able to sort and retain items that the occupant or the family would like to keep, it is important to systematically work through the hoarded house as there are many safety issues involved with this type of clearance let alone the challenge of actually carrying out the work.
